Frequently asked questions

What does management cost?

Full management from 10% plus VAT of monthly rent; HMO management from 12% plus VAT. The complete fee schedule is published on our fees page, and the fee calculator gives you the exact monthly figure for your rent.

I already have an agent. How hard is it to switch?

About a month, and we do the work: notice to your current agent, transfer of deposits, keys and compliance documents. The tenancy is undisturbed and switching costs nothing.

Do you work with first-time landlords?

Yes, and with investors buying their first Yorkshire property from further afield. Tell us the street before you offer and we will tell you what it will rent for, who the tenant is likely to be, and what compliance it needs.

How do you keep voids so low?

Process. Marketing starts when notice is received, not after checkout: maintenance is booked while the tenant is still in, and the property goes live before keys are handed back. We target seven days from checkout to new tenancy.
