Meet Nick Thorpe
Founder
Nick founded Livdin after investing in property himself. He brings the landlord’s view to the management service: what the property earns, what needs attention and what the owner needs to know.
Outside Livdin, Nick coaches business owners at Core Business and co-founded the Property Catalyst Club in Leeds.
Meet Ashley Power
Lettings Portfolio Administrator
Ashley is our Lettings Portfolio Administrator. She follows changes in lettings rules and brings that attention to the paperwork behind each tenancy. Ask the office about your documents and she helps you find the detail.
Meet Leann Green
Property Manager
Leann is our Property Manager. She meets landlords, appraises properties and talks through what a home needs before it is let. If you are thinking about moving from another agent, ask for Leann to discuss the property and the handover.
