Livdin Concierge looks after private second homes in Yorkshire and Cornwall, for owners who are elsewhere most of the year. This is not holiday-let management: we don't take bookings, host guests or put your home on any platform. We keep it secure, maintained and ready, with one named person who knows the house, the keys and how you like things done.

Is this holiday-let management?
No. Livdin Concierge is for owners, not guests. We do not let, advertise or manage bookings for your property. We look after second homes that stay private: checked, maintained and ready for you whenever you arrive.
Where do you cover?
Yorkshire and Cornwall. In Yorkshire we work from our Holmfirth office across the Holme Valley, Huddersfield, Harrogate and the Dales fringe. In Cornwall we operate through our established local team and trades.
What does it cost?
Each home is different, so we price after a short call and a visit. Tell us where the property is and how you use it, and we will put a simple monthly figure to each package. No long contracts; stop or change tier with a month's notice.
Why do unoccupied homes need regular checks?
Most second-home insurance policies require documented inspections of unoccupied properties, often every 7 to 14 days, or cover is reduced. Our logged, photographed visits give you an inspection record that satisfies insurers, and catch leaks, frost damage and security issues while they are still small.
Who will be looking after my home?
The same team behind Livdin Property, with over 12 years of looking after other people's most valuable assets, fully insured, with vetted local trades in both counties. You get one named contact, not a rota.
Can you manage work on the house while we're away?
Yes. Refurbishments, redecorating, new kitchens, storm repairs: we scope the job, get quotes from trades we already trust, oversee the work and send photo updates, so you arrive to it finished.
