Switching agents is easier than your agent wants you to think
If you're chasing your agent for updates, waiting weeks for repairs, or can't get a straight answer on voids, switching is usually a month's work — ours, not yours. Here's the whole process.
1
Tell us about the property
Address, current rent, and what's bugging you about the current setup. Two minutes on the form below or a phone call.
2
We review the tenancy and compliance
We check the agreement, deposit registration, gas, electrical and licensing position. You get a straight assessment of anything that needs fixing, before anything changes hands.
3
We serve notice to your current agent
You sign one letter, we handle the rest, including the awkward conversation. Most management agreements need one to three months notice; we time the handover to it.
4
Keys, documents and deposits transfer
Deposits are re-registered properly, certificates and tenancy files move across, and tenants get a friendly introduction, not a cold email.
5
You see everything in the owner portal
From day one: rent, statements, maintenance, documents. One named contact. The tenancy itself is undisturbed; most tenants notice nothing except faster responses.

Rather just talk it through?
Call the office and ask for Leann. She'll tell you honestly whether switching is worth it for your property.
