Ensure your property is looked after, your tenants are treated with compassion and your assets is propertied. We offer end-end property management services. This includes appraisals, marketing, inspection, reporting and dealing with any issues. Prices start from 10%+VAT of rent per month and we offer discounts for large portfolio or people we really like.
HMOs require an extra level of care, and we specialise in this. We understand how to match the right tenants, navigate to complex regulations and keep your property market leading. Fees for this start at 12%+VAT of monthly rent.
Having the right property manager is just as important as finding the right property. We are responsive, we use technology to speed up communication and would not manage any property that is not at a decent standard. Reach out to discuss your requirements.
